1. Hire Agreement
By hiring a vehicle from FlexDrive, you agree to these terms and conditions. The hire period begins when the vehicle is collected and ends when the vehicle is returned.

2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must be 23 years or older and hold a valid UK driving licence. Additional documentation may be required.

3. Mileage
Mileage allowances depend on the vehicle and hire type. Details will be confirmed during your quote. Additional mileage charges may apply.

4. Damage & Insurance

The Hirer is responsible for any loss of or damage to the vehicle, its keys, accessories, equipment or documents occurring during the hire period, whether caused by the Hirer, an authorised driver or any third party in possession of the vehicle.

By making a booking and providing payment details, the Hirer authorises FlexDrive Rentals Ltd to charge the payment card used for the booking, or any payment method stored on file, for:

• Vehicle damage and repair costs.
• Insurance excess amounts.
• Loss or damage to keys, documents, accessories or equipment.
• Excess mileage charges.
• Fuel shortages and refuelling charges.
• Cleaning charges where the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
• Traffic, parking, toll, congestion, ULEZ, Dart Charge or other road-user charges incurred during the hire period.
• Administrative fees associated with processing any of the above charges.
• Any other amounts owed under this agreement.

Where practicable, FlexDrive Rentals Ltd will notify the Hirer before processing any additional charge and will provide reasonable supporting evidence, including photographs, invoices, quotations or official notices where applicable.

The Hirer agrees that FlexDrive Rentals Ltd may retain all or part of any security deposit paid and may charge any outstanding balance to the payment method held on file. If payment cannot be successfully collected, the Hirer remains liable for all outstanding amounts and agrees to reimburse FlexDrive Rentals Ltd upon demand.

Nothing in this agreement limits FlexDrive Rentals Ltd’s right to pursue recovery of any loss or damage that exceeds the value of any security deposit held.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in advance. Terms vary depending on the hire type and duration.
